Citroen C3 Lineup in India: Price Reductions, Introduction of Blu Edition, and Special Promotions for Third Anniversary

Citroen is marking its third anniversary in India amidst a flurry of exciting developments. The French automaker, known for its innovation, is not only gearing up to introduce the Basalt Vision coupe SUV later this year but is also rolling out special offers to commemorate the occasion. As part of the celebrations, Citroen has announced significant price reductions for its C3 and C3 Aircross models, along with exclusive benefits for its loyal customer base. Additionally, the introduction of the new ‘Blu’ limited edition on the C3 and e-C3 variants adds a touch of uniqueness to the lineup.

The Citroen C3 range now starts at an attractive price point of ₹5.99 lakh, down from its previous rate of ₹6.16 lakh, resulting in savings of ₹17,000 for potential buyers. Likewise, the C3 Aircross is now available from ₹8.99 lakh onwards, reflecting a generous price cut of ₹1 lakh compared to its current retail price. These anniversary prices are valid only for the month of April, presenting a limited-time opportunity for customers to make the most of these offers.

In addition to the revamped pricing strategy, Citroen India has introduced the all-new ‘Blu’ edition for the C3 and e-C3 models. This exclusive variant, offered in Feel and Shine variants, showcases a striking Cosmo Blue color scheme enhanced by distinctive bodyline and roof graphics. The introduction of the Blu edition adds a refreshing element of style and sophistication to the existing lineup, catering to enthusiasts looking for a touch of exclusivity in their vehicles.The Citroen C3 and e-C3 Blu edition come packed with a range of features designed to enhance the driving experience. These include an air purifier, illuminated cup holders, sill plates, customised seat covers, neck rest, and seat-belt cushions. Shishir Mishra, Brand Director at Citroën India, expressed his excitement on the brand’s third anniversary, stating, “As one of the youngest OEMs in the country, it’s a very special occasion for us, and we want to celebrate with our existing as well as new customers throughout April.” Mishra further emphasized Citroën’s commitment to providing exceptional driving experiences and utmost satisfaction to its customers, expressing gratitude to every Citroën customer in India for their support. The brand looks forward to expanding its customer base and network in India, with plans to establish 200 sales and service touchpoints by the end of 2024 as part of its Network Expansion Program (NEP).

In addition to the exciting features and anniversary celebrations, Citroën is offering existing customers a free car spa during the month of April. Moreover, the brand has introduced a referral program where existing customers can receive a ₹10,000 voucher for every successful reference they make. The Citroën India lineup includes a variety of vehicles such as the C3 and e-C3 hatchbacks, the C3 Aircross compact SUV, and the C5 Aircross SUV. Looking ahead, Citroën is gearing up to launch a new coupe SUV in the compact SUV segment, inspired by the Basalt Vision prototype recently unveiled. This upcoming model, which will be locally produced, is tailored specifically for the Indian and South American markets, showcasing the brand’s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
