Alia Bhatt recently hosted the Hope Gala in London to raise funds for underprivileged adolescents in India through the Salaam Bombay foundation. At the event, she showcased two stunning looks – a white saree and a wine gown, accessorized with a striking blue sapphire and diamond necklace. Alia’s choice of jewelry for the gala, including a necklace and ring by Bulgari valued at around ₹20 crore, added a touch of elegance to her attire.
The Gala was graced by notable personalities such as musician Harshdeep Kaur, comedian Rohan Joshi, and director Gurinder Chadha. Alia, in collaboration with Salaam Bombay, aims to support Mumbai’s vulnerable children by providing in-school leadership programs and after-school skill-building classes. The event was held at the Mandarin Oriental in London, where Alia was spotted in the company of entrepreneur Natasha Poonawalla.
In her upcoming projects, Alia has wrapped up shooting for Jigra alongside Vedang Raina, set to hit theaters in September 2024. Additionally, she is slated to appear in Farhan Akhtar’s film Jee Le Zaraa, co-starring Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif, offering a tale of friendship akin to Dil Chahta Hai and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. While filming for the movie is yet to commence, fans are eagerly anticipating the on-screen magic these talented actors are set to deliver.
