The Delhi High Court rejected Arvind Kejriwal’s request to prevent the Enforcement Directorate (ED) from taking action against him in the money laundering investigation linked to the revoked Delhi excise policy. The court stated that it is not willing to provide relief to Kejriwal at this point. The Bharatiya Janata Party criticized Kejriwal, accusing him of avoiding an inquiry into a corruption scandal despite starting his political journey on an anti-corruption platform.
