Nothing Phone 3 Rumored to Feature Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Chipset – India Price Leak

The much-anticipated Nothing Phone 3 is set to make its debut later this year, following in the footsteps of its predecessor, the Nothing Phone 2, which graced the tech scene in July 2023. While an official launch date has yet to be confirmed, industry experts speculate that the unveiling might take place around July, aligning with the company’s previous release patterns.

According to a report from 91Mobiles Hindi, industry insiders suggest that the upcoming smartphone is likely to be equipped with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, promising robust performance and efficiency.

In terms of pricing, sources hint that the Nothing Phone 3 could fall within the range of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 45,000 in the Indian market, positioning it as a competitive mid-range offering. It is worth noting that Nothing, headquartered in the UK, seems to be focusing on establishing a strong foothold in the Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 40,000 segment rather than venturing into the premium smartphone market at this stage.

Recently, Nothing unveiled the mascot for their upcoming product, anticipated to be the Nothing Ear 3. The Nothing Phone 3 is projected to bring enhancements over its predecessor, the Phone 2. The current Phone 2 boasts a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, a 4,700mAh battery supporting 45W wired charging, a 6.7-inch full-HD+ LTPO OLED display, a 50-megapixel dual rear camera setup, and a 32-megapixel front camera. Upon its release, the Nothing Phone 2 was priced at Rs. 44,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, while the 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB versions were priced at Rs. 49,999 and Rs. 54,999, respectively.
