OnePlus Nord CE 4 India Release Date Confirmed for April 1; Expected to Feature Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC

OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G, powered by Snapdragon 782G SoC, was introduced in India in June of last year. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer is now hinting at the launch of the new OnePlus Nord CE 4 through its social media platforms and Amazon. The official unveiling of the device is scheduled for next month. Similar to its predecessor, the upcoming OnePlus Nord CE 4 will also be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC and is expected to be available in at least two color options. The handset will feature a dual-rear camera setup.

The launch event for the OnePlus Nord CE 4 is set to take place on April 1 at 6:30pm IST in India. The OnePlus India website and Amazon India have dedicated microsites that are teasing the design and key specifications of the device prior to its launch. Interested buyers can click on the “Notify Me” button on these websites to receive the latest updates about the launch.

The OnePlus Nord CE 4 is teased to be offered in black and green color variants and will be powered by a 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC. The device is shown to have a dual-rear camera setup with an LED flash, as well as a microphone and an IR blaster on the top frame. Leaks suggest that the OnePlus Nord CE 4 will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen, a 50-megapixel primary rear sensor, an 8-megapixel sensor, and a 16-megapixel front camera.

Currently, the OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G is priced at Rs. 24,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. It features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ fluid AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G chipset, and sports a triple camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary camera. Additionally, it houses a 5,000mAh battery with support for 80W SuperVOOC charging.

The OnePlus Nord CE 4 is expected to bring significant improvements over its predecessor, including flagship-grade specifications.
