The upcoming Vivo Pad 3 Android tablet has been spotted on the Geekbench website, hinting at a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC powering the device. The listing also suggests the tablet may run on Android 14 and come with 16GB of internal storage. The Vivo Pad 3 is expected to be launched alongside the Vivo X Fold 3 as a successor to the Vivo Pad 2.
The Geekbench listing reveals that the Vivo Pad 3, with model number PA2473, scored 2,223 in single-core and 7,547 in multi-core tests. It is equipped with a processor featuring a prime CPU frequency of 3.25GHz, with three cores running at 2.85GHz and four cores at 2.00GHz, all attributed to the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC.
Compared to its predecessor, the Vivo Pad 2, the Vivo Pad 3 is expected to offer significant upgrades with 16GB of RAM and the Dimensity 9300 SoC. The Vivo Pad 2 was powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC and had a maximum of 12GB of RAM.
The Vivo Pad 2 was launched with a starting price of CNY 2,499 (approximately Rs. 29,800) for the base variant with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It featured Android 13-based OriginOS 3, a 12.1-inch 2.8K LCD screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, a 13-megapixel primary rear camera with a 2-megapixel macro shooter, an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls, and a 10,000mAh battery with 44W fast charging support.
