The Tecno Pova 6 Pro 5G made its debut at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024 in Barcelona and is now set to be launched in the Indian market. The smartphone features the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC and up to 12GB of RAM, along with a 6,000mAh battery that supports 70W charging. It sports a triple rear camera setup with a 108-megapixel primary sensor.
The Tecno Pova 6 Pro 5G is scheduled to launch in India on March 29 in partnership with Rusk Media Playground Season 3. The launch event will be part of a gaming entertainment show streamed live on Amazon miniTV, including the unboxing of the smartphone.
This smartphone was initially unveiled at MWC in Barcelona and will be available in Comet Green and Meteorite Grey color options. It is anticipated to be priced similarly to its predecessor, the Tecno Pova 5 Pro, which was priced at Rs. 14,999 for the base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
Running on HiOS 14, the Tecno Pova 6 Pro 5G features a 6.78-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC, paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, expandable virtually up to 24GB.
In terms of camera capabilities, it boasts a 108-megapixel primary sensor at the rear and a 32-megapixel front camera with LED flash. The smartphone supports Dolby Atmos spatial sound and showcases dynamic MiniLED lighting on the back panel. With a 6,000mAh battery, it offers 70W charging support and 10W reverse charging functionality.
