Vivo Pad 3 Potential Geekbench Leak Indicates MediaTek Dimensity 9300 Chipset and 16GB RAM

The Vivo Pad 3 has been spotted on the Geekbench website, hinting that it may be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC. The listing also suggests that the tablet could run on Android 14 and come with 16GB of onboard memory. This tablet is expected to launch alongside the Vivo X Fold 3 and is seen as the successor to the Vivo Pad 2 from last year.

A Vivo tablet with the model number PA2473 has appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking site, believed to be the upcoming Vivo Pad 3. The listing reveals 16GB of RAM, Android 14 OS, and benchmark scores of 2,223 in single-core and 7,547 in multi-core tests.

According to the Geekbench listing, the Vivo Pad 3 is equipped with a processor that has a prime CPU frequency of 3.25GHz. The CPU speeds are associated with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC, with three cores at 2.85GHz and four cores at 2.00GHz.

The presence of 16GB RAM and Dimensity 9300 SoC in the Vivo Pad 3 would be significant upgrades over its predecessor, the Vivo Pad 2, which featured a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC and a maximum of 12GB of RAM.

The Vivo Pad 2 was launched with a starting price of CNY 2,499 (approximately Rs. 29,800) for the base variant with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It runs on Android 13-based OriginOS 3, sports a 12.1-inch 2.8K LCD screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, and includes a 13-megapixel primary rear camera, a 2-megapixel macro shooter, an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies, and video calls. The tablet is powered by a 10,000mAh battery with 44W fast charging support.
